Medical Services provides acupuncture and acupressure services to students, staff, and faculty on campus. There are a few things you can expect during your reservation.
individual acupuncture treatment
Private acupuncture appointments are a great way to receive individualized care and have your specific health needs addressed. During these sessions, your acupuncturist will review your medical history and discuss your specific concerns to create a personalized treatment plan. Acupuncture is performed at various points and treatment times are typically 60 minutes. You can also place ear seeds instead of needles. For the most effective treatment, we recommend weekly or biweekly appointments.

group acupuncture
Group acupuncture treatments are available at discounted rates. During these sessions, participants receive ear acupuncture, which uses needles or “seeds” around the ears. This type of treatment can help reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, burnout, and addiction. Group sessions typically last 30 to 40 minutes.

Acupuncture and Mindfulness Workshop
Medical Services offers blended workshops focused on effective mindfulness and meditation practices, followed by group acupressure or acupuncture sessions. These workshops are designed to help teams and small groups improve their emotional and physical health. Workshop dates are available throughout the year. Sessions are customized to individual groups and treatment duration may vary depending on your needs.
