Spending a night out on the town drinking fancy cocktails with friends is always a good memory, but why not skip the alcohol and choose a hangover-free weekend instead? Step aside; Cocktail, because Mocktail It is becoming the latest trend in the world. Everyone should enjoy the benefits of these spirit-free beverages.

One of the biggest benefits of mocktails is that you won’t get a hangover the next day. Dehydration and the toxic effects of alcohol These are the main causes of hangovers, so you can prevent them by staying hydrated and making non-toxic drinks, according to Moscow Copper. The light-headedness of a hangover can also be caused by sleep quality problems caused by alcohol. Enjoying a mocktail instead will ensure a healthy night’s sleep and a refreshing morning.

Christine Whelan, a consumer science education faculty member at the University of Wisconsin and director of the Money + Relationships + Equality Initiative, told Marketplace that she supports the mocktail trend..
