Tech mogul Brian Johnson is challenging the anti-aging status quo with his anti-aging lifestyle and Project Blueprint, a strict diet, supplement and therapy program that allows him to reverse biological age. He claims to have done it.
Some of the Project Blueprints currently on sale are a stack consisting of a drink mix, protein, 8 pills, snake oil, 67 powerful remedies, and 400 calories, all for $1. Based on solid clinical evidence.
Priced at just $343 for a month’s supply, Johnson touts the stack as a cost-effective alternative to fast food, likening its benefits to “second only to breast milk.”
The stack is meant to be a supplement, not a replacement, and Johnson advises users to replace 400 of their daily calorie intake with the Blueprint stack.
Johnson, a former Silicon Valley executive, is said to be working on issues related to anti-aging, claiming he has set his body clock back by more than five years, citing improved health metrics. Project Blueprint focuses on diet, medical supervision, therapy, and exercise.
The fact that Project Blueprint has been successful in this context and within a network of non-international organizations speaks volumes about the “lack of scientific consensus” about its effectiveness, especially its high price tag of $2 million per year. It tells the story.
Johnson’s products are shipped to 23 countries, including the United States, Australia, Canada, European countries, and the UAE, giving it access to global markets.
