Nicole Scherzinger seriously set her summer 2022 goals this week when she posted a photo of herself doing some incredibly flexible splits in a pool in Mexico.
The Pussycat Dolls singer looks stunning in a tiny patterned thong bikini with a delicious cocktail in hand. And her booty looked so sculpted in the glassy blue water. She captioned the post, “Happy Cinco de Mayo from Mexico 🇲🇽 This view made me do my splits 🌊.”
I wasn’t the only one who noticed how strong Nicole looked on vacation. Her comment section was filled with fire emojis. One fan wrote, “Amazing 🔥🔥🔥.” “Cinco de Mayo split and we love seeing you baby 😍🔥,” another wrote.
Nicole, 43, uses a combination of workouts to stay healthy and motivated. “A typical workout involves running on the treadmill for about 20 minutes, then trying some squats, sit-ups on a balance ball, or yoga stretches,” she previously said. UK Women’s Health. She also likes her SoulCycle and yoga.

When it comes to food, Nicole likes to keep things balanced so she can always stay on top of her game. She powers up in the morning with: breakfast of eggs and toast. Lunch is usually soup Or sushi.
“For dinner, I can have anything from pasta to rice to meat and vegetables to sushi.” Nicole also likes to snack on almonds, coconut water, and baby carrots.
