Learn about aromatherapy at a free program on May 21 at 6:30 p.m. at the Mentor Public Library Main Branch, 8215 Mentor Ave.
Professional holistic aromatherapist Jennifer Langsdale explains how to use essential oils safely and how aromatherapy can help with common ailments, including stress relief. According to a news release, all participants will receive an essential oil sample to take home.
