Looking stunningly healthy is part of the job and she leaves no stone unturned to achieve her fitness goals. The former Miss World incorporates a variety of exercises into her workout schedule, one of which is Pilates. On Monday, Manushi took to Instagram to share a video in which she showed off variations of a full-body workout and stretch on a reformer. Her physically demanding exercises included leg extensions, incline push-ups, hamstring stretches and shoulder workouts. During the workout, she showcased her flexibility and strength, inspiring us to hit the gym soon. Pilates is a low-impact exercise that develops muscle control and strength, improves balance and increases flexibility. It also works the core muscles.

Manushi teamed up a purple crop top with black gym tights. She wore it during the session with her hair tied in a ponytail and no make-up. In addition to working out, Manushi also tracks what she eats. Reportedly, she eats six small meals a day, which helps her feel full and curb hunger.
