The findings have sparked interest within the anti-aging community.
Brian Johnson, a technology entrepreneur known for his focus on longevity research, has shared data that suggests his own biological aging process may be slowing down. Johnson claims that, based on his analysis, his biological age advances by about 19 months for every 12 calendar months. The discovery has sparked interest within the anti-aging community.
In a post on X, Johnson declared, “My new record is 0.64 aging pace. My birthday is now every 19 months. I used to create Braintree Venmo, now I’m creating a human with the goal of slowing and reversing aging. Nutrition is the key to anti-aging. This is what I eat every day. You can too.”
“I’ve been working hard to slow down my aging and I’ve finally achieved a personal best of 0.64, which roughly translates to only aging 7.6 months every 12 months,” Johnson said in a video statement.
My new record: aging pace 0.64. My birthday is now every 19 months. I used to build Braintree Venmo, now I’m building human with the goal of slowing and reversing aging.

Brian Johnson, 46, an entrepreneur known for his longevity-focused Project Blueprint, claims his health indicators indicate he is reversing his biological age, which he attributes to his massive investments of more than $2 million a year in the program.
Project Blueprint reportedly employs a variety of interventions to reverse epigenetic age, a marker of cellular aging. Johnson’s strict daily protocol includes a closely monitored calorie-restricted diet, over 100 daily supplements, and adherence to a strict meal plan.
In a recent YouTube video (which has had nearly half a million views), Johnson revealed a surprising new addition to his diet: pure cocoa that’s high in flavonols and free of heavy metals. This particular kind of cocoa is very different from the cocoa you typically find in supermarkets.
Johnson is no stranger to unconventional anti-aging approaches — past endeavors include controversial blood transfusions and hair treatments — and continues to garner interest for his dedication to pushing the boundaries of longevity research.
