Actor and self-professed Christian Kirk Cameron will have his latest non-fiction book, “Born To Be Brave,” published by Post Hill Press this October. Reports say Fox NewsPrime Minister Cameron called the book “a guidebook to the spiritual revival of America – a practical and inspiring look at how we can transform our culture.”
“Of course there are concerns about politics, crime and the economy, but we have California refugees across Tennessee, Texas and Florida — talented creatives who have left California because they’re frustrated that their values aren’t being reflected in the projects they’re working on,” Cameron said.Fox & Friends WeekendIt will be held on Saturday, July 6th.
The “Growing Pains” actor expanded on the book in a text message to Fox News Digital on Sunday afternoon.
“Dark, evil forces are destroying American culture, and our family of faith feels threatened and scared. Many even feel there is nothing they can do,” he added.
“But I say, God has given us a birthright of courage, and if we choose to live this courage, an army of mercy will realign the nation with its Christian roots.”
“If we want to change our country and our world, we need to get past the paralyzing anger and start acting with courage and confidence,” he said. “God is always on the move, and we can follow Him because He has given us the ability to do so. We were born to be courageous.”
“My sincere hope is that readers will leave feeling equipped to overcome their enemies and start thinking about culture as something we should create,” Cameron said of his new book.
He added that the book is “filled with biblical insights and true stories of people who acted courageously out of love for God and others.”
His prayer for all readers is that Born to Be Brave will “give them the courage to boldly share the gospel truths that will transform entire societies in a positive way with their friends, families, and communities.”
Next month, Mr Cameron will host a national event called “See You At The Library 2024”, which he launched this year with conservative Christian publisher Brave Books.
In recent years, Cameron has published several children’s books, including As we growd Pride takes precedence over liesl And recently, Fox, Fair, and the Scar of Inventione From Brave Books.
