A naturopath has revealed her tips for always using the bathroom on time in the morning.
Canada-based Janine Bowling has amassed over 870,000 followers on TikTok thanks to her natural tips and tricks on weight loss, gut health, bowel movements, and more.
Recently, health experts explained how to make your bowel movements more regular.
“Here are three things that will make you poop in no time,” the pro says in a recent clip, which has been viewed more than 3.9 million times.
Her top suggestion is figs, a natural laxative.
“Figs are wonderful,” exclaimed the naturopath. “It’s rich in dietary fiber, so it’s perfect for relieving constipation.”
The next tip is simple and something everyone should do anyway: drink plenty of water.
“You need to be properly hydrated with good quality water to keep things moving,” she advised.
The third one is a bit controversial and may take some getting used to, as she advised adding a drop of olive oil to your morning coffee.
“This is a recipe I shared. You’ll love it,” she assured viewers. “According to this study, it also helps with weight loss.”
