Skincare fans have shared their best moisturizers to keep wrinkles at bay.
She was grateful to her mother for forcing her to use it whenever she could.
Reddit user Ok_Squirrel_64 shared the anti-aging tip in a post.
She explained that she had never used any active ingredients to prevent wrinkles before, but that it had never been a problem.
“I’m 54 now, have never used retinol or tretinoin, and don’t have many visible wrinkles apart from my laugh lines (which I think are the only ones you can really see),” she says.
“I struggle with fine lines and wrinkles, and it’s frustrating when my makeup settles into them.”
Instead, her anti-aging skincare routine consists of three main ingredients:
“I’ve only ever used three ingredients in my life when it comes to moisturizing and caring for my skin,” she says.
First up is sunscreen, which she is a religious user of and is used to “slathering it on my face every second.”
Her favorite product is Pond’s Cream, which she says she got from her mother.

“My mom always let me use it, so I’m really grateful to her,” she said.
The treatment products give her a pick-me-up whenever she feels she needs it.
“It’s a Korean balm with salmon collagen (my mom always used this too so I stole it and I think that’s the real reason why I don’t get deep wrinkles!),” she said.
“I would apply it to my face during the day to keep it hydrated and moisturized, and my skin always felt firmer too!”
