1 can of chili beans
1 can of Rotel
15 ounce can of canned tomatoes
12-16 tortillas (cut into quarters)

Step 1: Brown the meat in a large skillet. Drain.
Step 2: Add taco seasoning, beans, diced tomatoes, and crushed tomatoes to the skillet.
Step 3: Spray a 9×13 casserole dish. Place a layer of tortillas in the bottom.
Step 4: Pour half of the meat mixture over the tortillas. Spread the tortillas over the meat mixture. Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
Step 5: Place another layer of tortillas on top of the cheese and meat mixture. Pour the remaining meat mixture over the tortillas. Spread sour cream on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Step 6: Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
