Owner Lexie is a native Hobokenite who lived in Hoboken almost her entire life before heading south to the nation’s capital to study Public Relations and Communications at George Washington University. Returning to her hometown after graduation, Lexie put her degree to good use and opened Lido on Washington Street in Hoboken in December 2022. Lido celebrated its official opening on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Mile Square.

Lido aimed to elevate the shopping experience from purely transactional to something more meaningful and intimate. Describing itself as a “curated selection for the modern woman,” Lido offered a chic selection of women’s tops, pants, dresses, and more. While many of these items could be classified as “basics,” Lexi called them H.G. In 2022, they will be seen as an edgy and sophisticated staple that can be worn for any occasion, whether you’re treating your boss at work or dressing up for a night out.
The shop also carries a selection of knitwear, from sweaters and matching sets to cardigans. These pieces are as fashionable as they are functional, adding a touch of coziness to the Hoboken boutique’s collection without sacrificing luxury. And in keeping with this spirit of cozy luxury, Lido also sells Chanel and Gucci bag candles, which complement the shop’s knitwear.
All of the boutique’s items are sourced from independent designers rather than big-name brands, a strategic choice Lexi made to support small businesses and curate a unique selection of clothing. Prices at the shop are mid-range, with most items ranging from $35 to $235. Sizes range from extra small to large. Lido’s doors are open to anyone who wants to feel confident in their clothes.
The space’s next development: Bloom Pilates Studio.
May 29th, H.G. As the team was passing by the former Lido space, they noticed a sign for Bloom Pilates Studio, which will have a soft opening this June at 632 Washington Street.
