The Governor presented the Padma Shri Baba Yogendra organized at Gamahapur in Gangapur district under the joint support of Institute of Fine Arts and Sanskar Bharti. The Governor emphasized the need for fine arts for the proper and positive development of society. She presented certificates and prizes to the winning artists. Welcoming the Governor and her guests, IFA Director Awadesh Kumar Singh highlighted the Khasi International Art Exhibition. Around 123 artists from India and abroad participated in this exhibition.
