“Vignettes In A Cup” can be unlocked by: I completed the Trailblaze Mission: Cat Amoung Pigeons released in version 2.1.

How to unlock free mixing
Unlocked after serving first 2 customers Free mixing. This allows you to Make drinks without a recipe. If a customer requests something that isn’t on the menu, their request will appear in the top left corner.
Each glass and material has specific properties. If they don’t specify anything, it’s up to you to use your intuition to guess what is best they want.
