An Ely-based hypnotherapist has been honoured at the Small Business Awards for the third time.
Dan Regan has won the SME Ely Business Awards 2023 in the ‘Service Excellence’ category.
“This is our third consecutive year winning local business of the year (a hat trick),” Dan said.
“I won a Silver Award in 2021, a Gold Award in 2022 and then won Silver again at the awards ceremony held at The Maltings at the end of May.”
The SME Erie Business Awards are open to small and medium-sized businesses and applicants must have fewer than 250 employees at the time of application, be self-employed and be based in Erie or have the majority of their business in Erie.
The awards consist of 19 award categories and are judged by a panel of up to four judges.
The Service Excellence category is awarded to recognise businesses that provide outstanding assistance and advice to people who buy or use the company or organisation’s products or services.
Companies are required to submit customer testimonials to support their award application.
