Global D2C Ayurveda brand The Ayurveda Experience (TAE) has raised $27 million in a funding round led by Singapore-based venture capital firm Jungle Ventures.

Investors including SIDBI Ventures, Anicut Capital, and Sharp Ventures (part of the Mariwala Family Office, which runs consumer goods giant Marico) also participated in the round.
The new investment brings the total amount raised by the company to more than $41 million. The previous round had backing from investors including Fireside Ventures and Riverwalk Holdings.
Founded in 2010 by Rishabh Chopra, TAE is the largest direct-to-consumer Ayurvedic content and products company in North America, Europe, Canada, Australia, and India. The company owns his four beauty and health product lines – iYURA, Ajara, A Modernica Naturalis and Ayuttva, which it manufactures, sells and distributes on its own platform, as well as consulting and content on Ayurveda. We offer a wide range of services including , webinars and courses.
The company sells its products in 20 countries, including India, and claimed that over 97% of its customers purchase Ayurveda Experience products directly from its app or website.
