10-ounce package of angel food cake loaf (found at Walmart and other grocery stores), cut into 1-inch cubes

Place pink sugar in a small bowl. Cut the marshmallow in half diagonally to make bunny ears. Press the cut side of each marshmallow into the pink sugar to coat. Cut 1/4 inch from the back of each marshmallow to shape the ears. Insert one thin pretzel into the wide end of the marshmallow ear. Repeat this to make a total of 12 ears. Place the two ears close together and insert a pretzel end down into the top of each snowball to create a bunny head.
- step 2To assemble the parfait, pour a generous tablespoon of jam into six 21/4-cup parfait glasses. Spoon the whipped topping into a large resealable bag. Trim 1/2 inch from the tip. Pipe the whipped topping over the jam. Add a layer of sliced strawberries and cake cubes. Pipe a second layer of whipped topping, then a second layer of sliced strawberries and cake, smoothing out the layers (reserving some of the whipped topping to make the legs in step 4, leaving you with cake) ).
- step 3Place one rabbit head on top of each parfait. Spoon the vanilla frosting into the second resealable bag. Cut off a small corner. Use frosting dots to attach two brown candies and one pink candy to the bunny’s head as eyes and a nose. Add sparkle by dotting each eye with vanilla frosting.
- step FourSqueeze 2 drops of the remaining whipped topping onto the edge of the parfait glass to form meatballs. Sprinkle the legs with coconut. Make slits on the pointed ends of all the strawberries and place one on the rim of each glass between the legs.
