All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, located at Gautampuri, Sarita Vihar, Mathura road, New Delhi-110076, in partnership with Health Sector Skill Council (HSSC) and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), is inviting applicants for admission into its one year Ksharakarma Technician course for the academic year 2024-2025.
Ksharakarma is a type of surgical procedure and is widely accepted for the treatment of anorectal disorders. The course curriculum includes learning about materials used in preparation of different types of Kshara and Ksharasutra, drugs for Kshara, standardization of Ksharasutra, SOPs and protocols for pre-operative and post-operative care of Ksharakarma like sterilization, storage and packaging, cleaning and drying of rectoscopes and probes, preparation of surgical drums for sterilization, process of sterilization of instruments and fumigation of operating room, collection of swab reports for culture, basic functioning of Ksharakarma cabinets of IRC, laser, electrocautery, multipara monitor, succinic acid unit and other equipment available in AIIA, ethical responsibilities in patient care etc.
Eligibility:Applicants should have passed Science 10+2 from a State Board/CBSE/ICSE recognised school or any other recognised school recognised by the Government of India.
Year:Ages range from 18 to 35. Applicants must be physically healthy and of good physical and mental endurance.
Selection will be on merit basis based on 10+2 marks.

The application fee is Rs 350 (Rs 150 for SC and ST candidates) payable through a bank cheque made out to “Director, All India Institute of Ayurveda” in New Delhi.
