Brandon Myles May, 35, has made a name for himself in the online anti-ageing community for his remarkably youthful looks, which he attributes to a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Looking at Brandon Miles May for the first time, you’d probably mistake him for a teenager, but he’s 35. We’ve seen such shocking discrepancies between age and appearance before, but they’ve usually been the result of rare hormonal disorders. In Brandon’s case, he never mentioned such a condition in his TikTok video, instead blaming it on an anti-aging regimen that includes a balanced diet, minimal sun exposure, and at least eight hours of sleep a night.
“When I go through security at the airport, they ask my age and they look twice,” Brandon said in his video. “People have different ideas of how old I am, but I’m probably around 15, 16, or maybe 18 or 19. I’ve never had plastic surgery. The things I do are very simple, but they’re effective.”
The 35-year-old claims he has always been health conscious: he changed his diet from the age of 15 to avoid direct sunlight and eat more plant-based foods and green tea, and by 19 he had given up sugar, grains and carbohydrates. He has also never drunk a drop of alcohol or smoked tobacco, because he is aware of the impact such bad habits have on his health.
“I’ve always avoided the sun,” he added. “I wear hoodies and physically cover the backs of my hands to block the sun. I also don’t do strenuous exercise, as excessive exercise can be hard on the body and cause premature aging. I stick to moderate, gentle exercise – walking, yoga, strength training.”
Brandon says he looks better than he did 10 years ago, but more importantly, he feels a lot better. After all, looking youthful is all well and good if you feel bad. And while Brandon acknowledges that some might find his lifestyle choices a bit odd, he insists that anti-aging efforts are worth it.
Brandon Miles May has been compared to tech billionaire Brian Johnson, who spends $2 million a year on research and experiments to combat the effects of aging.
