MyFitnessPal Introduces Gut Health Nutrition Plans, Recipe Collection and New In-App Features

Recent My Fitness Pal investigation1 86% of people are aware of the importance of maintaining gut health and 43% actively seek out information about gut health, yet only 18% consider themselves “very knowledgeable” about what contributes to gut health.

A MyFitnessPal survey found that 85% of people try to incorporate a variety of fruits and vegetables into their diet to improve their gut health, yet only 2% eat 20 or more different kinds of fruits and vegetables each week.
