She tries to practice yoga three times a week.

She doesn’t limit her training to indoor activities.
Vanessa is known for hitting the trails, and according to Bustle magazine, she once completed an eight-mile trek across the mountains of Hawaii. Not only does hiking burn a lot of calories, but spending time outside instantly boosts your mood.
She chooses roles that require physical activity.
Just recently, Vanessa had to learn some serious training to play the role of weapons specialist Kelly in the movie. bad boys for life. It meant learning some fight scenes, but she loved every moment of it. “I didn’t really learn my fight sequences until right before the match happened, but it’s always a lot of fun. I love to move my body. I use every aspect of my body for my moves. I love having access to,” she told The Hollywood Reporter.
