Orlando Health offers first aid training classes to help people in crisis.
The hospital will teach you how to recognize common signs and symptoms of mental health and substance abuse issues.
The National Council for Mentality runs free courses that use real-world scenarios. Anyone in the community can participate. Participants must be over the age of 18. You can register here.

Brevard County Mental Health Training
Brevard County residents can enroll in the Adult Mental Health First Aid course on May 29th. This course helps people recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health problems based on his 5-step action plan.
