Mindful meditation to rediscover the good
It can be difficult to feel good about yourself. After all, we are our own worst critics. We might get lost in the details of a project that could have been handled differently, or feel existential dread when we come across a new job or big life announcement from a colleague on social media. yeah. we wonder, what am i doing with my lifeor Why can’t I be smarter, more beautiful, and achieve more at this point in my career?
This kind of negative self-talk can manifest as truth in your mind, further reducing your motivation and self-esteem to pursue what you truly deserve. This meditation reminds us to go from being our worst critics to being our biggest cheerleaders. Because we all have the right to be reminded of our greatness.
