Zoe Saldana is giving her Instagram followers an accurate look into her life as a working mom… and it’s Very much I can relate.
In a new Instagram Reel, the 43-year-old Avatar Set to the tune of Pharrell Williams’ “Just A Cloud Away,” the actress gave fans a glimpse into her day. The video begins with Zoe in her bathroom mirror wearing a purple sports bra and jeans (which show off her toned abs), before the next shot shows her sporting a gorgeous bronze silk top.
From there, she hangs out with her three kids, Bowie Perego Saldana, 7, Cy Perego Saldana, 7, and Zen Perego Saldana, 5, who are fathered by her husband, Marco Perego, playing VR games, and in the next shot, the boys smear blue face paint on her face.
“It just happened one day… #women #mothers #workingmoms,” she captioned the video.
Zoe isn’t shy about posting and sharing different routines with her fans, and frequently posts her workouts on IG. In February 2022, she shared a video of herself doing a stretching routine that included leg splits. (Amazing!)
And she said she has resolved to complete a clean programme, which includes functional training and movement, with trainer Iman Ziad Karam of Rise Movement in early 2022.

When it comes to food, Zoe said: Bon Appetit She and her family are 80% gluten-free, she says, and she often has gluten-free pizza with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and mushrooms, but other than that, Zoe usually eats fresh meats like organic turkey breast and grilled fish.
And for Valentine’s Day this year, she posted a video of herself eating a delicious-looking brownie, captioning it, “Those brownies were so yummy!!! #abstinence #abstinence.”
