Charles County, Maryland – On May 3 and 4, 19-year-old Sydney Collins, CEO and founder of Perfect Timing Podcast, will host a youth mental health awareness walk and rally.
“This gathering aims to raise awareness about the importance of paying attention to the mental health of youth in our communities and beyond. My self-love and mental wellness platform It amplifies the importance of supporting those who are suffering,” Collins said.
Collins said the Walk and Rally is a youth-led initiative aimed at dispelling common fears and stigmas that prevent young people from speaking out about mental health and seeking help.
