You can now copy Jennifer Aniston’s training plan with Pvolve’s 30-day fitness challenge

Have you heard of Pvolve? The Pilates-inspired app was launched in 2017, but exploded in popularity last year when Jennifer Aniston endorsed it. The actress said she fell in love with the app’s low-intensity home workouts when it helped her stay healthy while recovering from her back injury in 2021. Ta. She was such a fan that she became an ambassador two years later and she started working out with Dani Coleman, the app’s head trainer.

Now, Coleman and Aniston have teamed up to create a 30-day workout schedule that mirrors the actress’ exercise regime. There are her 12 classes (3 each week) that you need to complete, and her 3 optional additional sessions that you can do if you want an extra challenge.

Workouts include a combination of strength training and cardio, and all classes focus on low-impact exercises to suit your fitness level. Sign up for Jen’s Spring Challenge to see the full schedule.

There is a 7-day trial period, after which you can access the workouts for $14.99 per month. Many of Aniston’s routines in his 30-day challenge require his Pvolve equipment, such as sliders and Pilates precision mats, but if you search the app for equipment-free alternatives, you’ll find classes targeting the same body parts. will be displayed.

Pvolve features low-impact Pilates-inspired classes designed to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness.

Not every class is a typical Pilates routine with slow, controlled movements. The app also has plenty of high-tempo cardio routines, along with meditation sessions and some stretching sequences. Many classes focus on core training, helping to develop the all-important core muscles.

Its founders describe it as a science-backed app, with a clinical advisory board designing workouts in line with recent exercise research. However, its real selling point is that all routines are hard to influence. Something that your community and downstairs neighbors will appreciate.
