Yoga guru advises students to meditate to improve academic performance

The benefits of meditation have been emphasized many times for everyone, especially students. That’s because it requires a high level of concentration to channel your energy in the most productive way possible. Yoga guru SN Chari recognized this need and has been teaching meditation for the past 25 years. He spoke about his experience as a teacher in his interview with Local 18 Telangana. Chari says meditation is important for a person to focus on different aspects of life. Currently, during summer vacation, he takes meditation classes for students in grades 5 to 10. His classes are held at Ramkrishna Saraswati Vidya Niketan, Shivaji Nagar, Nizamabad District Centre. Chari said meditation is essential for children to improve their concentration and concentrate on their studies. When kids pick up a book and start studying, he said, they get distracted by something else. According to yoga gurus, meditation helps calm the mind and focus on the book itself.

According to him, when students are calm and relaxed, they are able to remember all the words they have studied in a book on any subject. Cheri said that if you don’t have enough concentration, you won’t be able to remember what you read properly. According to yoga gurus, chanting the Om sound makes you mentally stronger. He said students come here to meditate. This allows you to focus on your studies instead of wasting time on your phone at home.

Cheri said that when a person is focused, he or she can perform his/her duties at work, study, and other places without leaving any room for loopholes. For example, if you shine sunlight on paper through a magnifying glass, it will burn. If paper is placed under the same sun rays, it will not be affected in any way because it does not have the same level of energy. Cheri also said that when a man moves forward in his life with a clear mind through meditation, he can achieve results with rejuvenated strength. He added that this energy is very useful for good deeds.
