Ginger recipe by Komal Agarwal, co-founder of Thali Tales
material:
2 ounces (60 ml) of gin
1 ounce (30 ml) fresh lime juice
1 ounce (30 ml) simple syrup
6-8 fresh mint leaves
Soda water
Ice cubes
Lime slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Method
Combine fresh mint leaves, lime juice, and syrup in a cocktail shaker and stir to bring out the minty flavor.
Add gin and a handful of ice to a shaker.
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the ingredients.
Pour mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
Pour club soda into glass until desired carbonation level is reached.
Stir the cocktail gently to combine all ingredients.
Garnish with lime wedges and fresh mint sprigs for extra flavor and aroma.

Cucumber Mint Gin and Tonic Recipe, Sacha Vanjour, Mixology, Goa – Vaum Tonics
material:
30ml gin
4-5 cucumbers
4-5 fresh mint leaves
VAUM Cucumber Mint Botanical Water
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Add the cucumber slices and mint leaves to the glass and mix.
Add ice and pour in the gin.
Add Vaum Cucumber Mint Botanical Water and stir gently.
Garnish with cucumber slices and mint sprigs.
Citrus and Herb Gin and Tonic:
material:
- 2 ounces Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
- 4 oz tonic water
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- Fresh basil leaves
- Fresh thyme sprigs
Instructions:
- Add ice to a highball glass.
- Pour Hayman’s Old Tom Gin into a glass.
- Squeeze the lime juice into the glass.
- Pour in the tonic water.
- Stir ingredients gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves, thyme sprigs, and lime and lemon slices.
Grapefruit Rosemary Gin and Tonic
material:
30ml gin
1/2 cup fresh grapefruit juice
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
WAUM GRAPEFRUIT ROSMARY BOTANICAL WATER
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Add ice to a tall glass.
Pour in the gin and fresh grapefruit juice.
Finally, top it off with Vaum Grapefruit Rosemary Botanical Water.
Stir gently and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
Strawberry Lime Gin and Tonic
material:
30ml gin
A handful of fresh strawberries
Lime juice
2-3 black peppercorns

Ice cubes
Instructions:
Add ice, freshly chopped strawberries, and freshly ground pepper to the glass.
Add the lime juice and top off with the gin.
Add Waum Classic Indian Tonic Water and stir gently.
Ginger Lime Mint Gin and Tonic
material:
30ml gin
1/2 inch ginger, thinly sliced
Juice of half a lime
Fresh mint leaves

Ice cubes
Instructions:
Add sliced ginger to the glass and stir.
Add ice and pour in the gin.
Squeeze in the lime juice.
Add Waum Classic Indian Tonic Water and stir gently.
Garnish with lime wedges, mint leaves and sliced ginger (optional).
Gulabi Saadi Recipe by Hichki – Restro Bar

Samsara Pink Gin 45ml
Cucumber ribbon decoction 10ml
Butterfly Pea Flower Tea 10ml
50ml lime juice
100 grams of ice
Method:
Pour the cocktail into a wine glass.
Garnish the satay sticks with cucumber ribbons.

60ml gin
1/2 lime
20ml sugar syrup
Mint leaves
Two
10 ice cubes
recipe:
Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
Add 60ml gin, 20ml fresh lime juice and 20ml sugar syrup.
Shake well, add the mint sprigs and shake again, being careful not to damage the mint.
Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with a mint leaf or sprig.
Cucumber and mint gin and tonic
material:
- 2 oz Hayman’s London Dry Gin
- 4 oz tonic water
- 3-4 cucumber slices
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
Instructions:
- Stir in cucumber slices and mint leaves in the bottom of the glass to bring out the flavor.
- Add ice to the glass.
- Pour Hayman’s London Dry Gin and syrup over ice.
- Pour in the tonic water.
- Stir gently to combine ingredients.
- Garnish with cucumber slices and fresh mint sprigs.
