Dr Shaunak Ajinkya, consultant psychiatrist at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai, says there are many benefits, from increased productivity to a positive organizational culture. “When employees feel mentally well, they are better able to focus, make informed decisions, and contribute effectively to their work.
