It’s dinner time, and you’re in the mood for something fancier or spicier? Whichever way you lean, you can take your dinner at home to the next level: Costco is now selling Whatabagger’s famous ketchups (both Fancy Ketchup and Spicy Ketchup). and (There’s a spicy option, too!) And we’re not the only ones excited to try it.
“🛒 Costco’s top picks of the week!” Instagram user @costcohotfinds posted a new video to Instagram on Sunday. The first item? Whataburger ketchup! (Unless you’re from Texas, you’ll have no idea how revolutionary this ketchup is to dip your fries in. You’ll just have to take my word for it!) According to Whataburger’s website, Fancy Ketchup is flavorful with onion powder, garlic powder, and other spices, and Spicy Ketchup is similar, but also contains red jalapeño puree.
It’s just $9.99 for three 40-ounce bottles of ketchup, so you can stock up and have some ready to go on fried chicken, eggs, hash browns, or anything else you’d call for ketchup. People were overjoyed at this discovery.
“Wow! If it weren’t for this page I would have saved some money this weekend,” one person wrote, “But I’m buying 3 big Whataburger catch-ups, a Greek salad and lots of s’mores cookies,” while another wrote, “I bought 6 bottles of Whataburger ketchup yesterday…haha.”
Others complained about not being able to find ketchup (or other items) at their local Costco. “Please keep in mind that some of these items are regional,” one person wrote. “They’re not necessarily available near you. Sometimes the West Coast has items that aren’t available in the Midwest.”
Shoppers seem to be rushing to stock up on this ketchup, so if you’re craving it, you might want to check out your local Costco and stock up soon. (Need a great homemade burger recipe?
