BURLINGTON, Mass. — Wellness Pet Company announced the appointment of Allison Giorgio as chief marketing officer on May 29. According to Wellness Pet, Giorgio has experience developing innovative and “game-changing” brand and marketing strategies for consumers. Giorgio will bring more than 20 years of experience to help optimize the customer experience for the pet nutrition company.
Prior to Wellness Pet, Giorgio spent 18 years at PUMA North America, most recently as Vice President of Marketing, managing a team of over 60 people across marketing and communications. While at PUMA, Giorgio led the development of integrated marketing strategy and experiences for the portfolio businesses. Prior to PUMA, Giorgio held various marketing roles at Boston Ski & Sports Club, Sudbury Health and Fitness Connection, and Annie’s Homegrown.
Giorgio will join Wellness Pet’s senior leadership team. Giorgio will drive the company’s brand strategy and creative marketing, further defining Wellness Pet’s voice, building consumer awareness and supporting growth.

Giorgio holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor’s in International Business and Marketing from Northeastern University.
