Starting May 18, free checkups and affordable vaccinations will be available at Walmart pharmacies nationwide.
SHREVEPORT, La. – Walmart pharmacies in Shreveport and across the country are offering free health screenings as part of Walmart Wellness Day.
Jennifer Dupree, market health and wellness manager who owns several pharmacies in Ark. Latex, joined KTBS to provide more information about Walmart during Wellness Day, Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Customers can receive free health checkups, including blood sugar, cholesterol, BMI, and blood pressure, as well as affordable vaccinations against COVID-19, shingles, tetanus, measles, and more at pharmacies nationwide. . Walmart Wellness Day encourages families to take charge of their health by providing tools and resources to seek care, improve a healthy lifestyle and maintain successful habits.
The Walmart Wellness Day event will feature the following medical resources managed by our qualified pharmacy and vision center teams:
