To be included on the “Best Workplace™” list, organizations must meet Great Place to Work Certified™ standards and receive very high scores on the Trust Index survey, and for the 2024 Best Workplaces™ for Mental Wellness designation, at least 80% of survey participants had to agree with the statement, “This is a psychologically and emotionally healthy place to work.”
In Ventera’s most recent survey of its Canadian team members, the organization surpassed that benchmark by a wide margin, with 96% of survey participants agreeing that “all things considered, I would say this is a great place to work.”
