14.3 oz pack of Oreos, or 405 grams
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
12 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup powdered sugar
8 oz Cool Whip, refrigerated (whipped topping)

7.8 oz instant chocolate pudding (2 x 3.9 oz packages)
3 1/4 cups cold whole milk
8 oz Cool Whip, refrigerated (whipped topping)
1. In a food processor or blender, crush the entire pack of Oreos along with the cream. Reserve about 3 tablespoons of the crushed Oreos to use as a topping. Transfer to a bowl and mix with the melted butter.
2. In a 9″x13″ baking dish, press the Oreo mixture into the bottom with a spatula to form a crust. Place in the refrigerator while you prepare the cheesecake layers.

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Carefully spread batter evenly. Refrigerate while preparing pudding layer.
1. Combine the pudding mix and milk in a bowl and mix until the pudding thickens.
2. Spread the chocolate pudding evenly over the cheesecake. Refrigerate until the pudding is set.
