The monsoon season brings relief from the scorching summer heat and an invigorating environment with lush greenery and cool breezes. But it also marks the start of a time when our immune system faces a major challenge. Damp and humid conditions create an ideal environment for the proliferation of bacteria and viruses, increasing the incidence of cold, flu, and other infections.

Strengthening your immunity during monsoon is essential to stay healthy and make the most of the season. Here are some effective ways to boost your immunity during this time:

Maintain a balanced diet

Regular exercise is essential to maintain a healthy immune system. Exercise improves blood circulation, allowing immune cells to move through the body more efficiently.
