Peloton shared the featured classes that you can expect for the week of July 15-21, 2024 via its weekly “This Week in Peloton” Instagram post.
First up, guest Peloton instructor and pro cyclist Christian Vande Velde will be delivering a new ride On Demand on Monday, July 15. Get ready to race with Christian in his new 45-minute Pro Cyclist: Race Simulation Ride with Christian Vande Velde, available On Demand on July 15 at 12am ET (5am BST).
Christian returned to teaching for Peloton in April 2024. Previously, Christian taught Peloton classes every 2-3 months. When his return to teaching was announced for Matt Wilpers cycling classes, it was unclear how often Christian would teach classes. Still, Christian and Matt said they were looking forward to Christian’s classes becoming more consistent. So far this year he has taught one live class in April, three live classes from June 1-3, and now the classes will be released on demand in July.

Up next, Peloton will celebrate summer with new outdoor walking and running classes. These new classes will be available on demand starting Thursday, July 18 at 12 a.m. ET (5 a.m. PT). It’s not yet clear how many classes there will be or who the instructors will be. We’ll keep you updated as more information becomes available.

This week Kirra Michel will be teaching a live New Wave Yoga Flow on Friday 19th July at 2pm EST (7pm BST). It’s a 30 minute yoga class, so be sure to join her on the live schedule.

Finally, this week you can join new Pilates classes with equipment from Aditi Shah and Anna Greenberg. The new classes and the new collection will start on Wednesday, July 17th at 10am (3pm EST). Pilates classes with equipment typically use sliders, resistance bands, Pilates balls, Pilates rings, etc. Christine McGee incorporated more equipment into her Pilates classes before she retired, and I can’t wait to see what her Pilates classes will be like with the new equipment.
