I like it a little Starbucks I will revise as much as anyone else, but those of you who are trying to eat healthier (maybe Low Carb or low-fat diet), Starbucks Menu you should probably Avoid ordering it: Many of Starbucks’ delicious items are delicious for a reason: They’re often packed with excess calories, sugar, and fat that you wouldn’t expect to find in a drink or snack until you take a closer look at the nutrition label.

Caramel macchiato is delicious. It’s one of my favorite drinks. But a grande hot version has 250 calories and 33 grams of sugar. Hurry!

Summer Berry Lemonade Starbucks Refresher

This new bubble tea drink has 160 calories, but the Grande has 37 grams of sugar. The rest of the Summer Berry lineup is also very high in sugar: The Summer Sky Refresher has 150 calories and 29 grams of sugar, while the regular Summer Berry Refresher has 110 calories and 25 grams of sugar.

The same guidelines apply to the Lavender Cream Frappuccino, which has 370 calories and 52 grams of sugar.

Now onto the food! This breakfast wrap is hearty and wild. This wrap has 640 calories and 33 grams of fat. For those watching their protein intake, it also has 28 grams of protein.

Above all, I don’t recommend ordering this, as it often arrives already in pieces in the bag. That’s not good! This food is not my favorite, but I can’t say a bad thing about the breakfast sandwich, I love it.
