Zeev Sharon promoted to chief development officer of integrative wellness brand The Well
Sharon will spearhead the brand’s global expansion strategy, including plans to debut in Europe with a facility in Geneva in 2027.

Modern American wellness brand The Well has promoted former VP of real estate Zeev Sharon to chief development officer.
Sharon will oversee the company’s global expansion to support the expansion of branded residential, hospitality and club locations in major cities in the U.S. and Europe, including its first European location in Geneva, scheduled to open in 2027. .
The Well currently has four locations around the world, including its original flagship store in New York City and three additional locations in Connecticut, Costa Rica and Mexico in partnership with Auberge Resort Collection.
In 2025, the brand plans to launch The Well Bay Harbor Islands in Miami. In partnership with Miami real estate developer Terra, it is the first mixed-use development concept featuring branded homes, offices and a wellness club where people can live, work and indulge in daily wellness.

Zeev Sharon’s Career Snapshot
A real estate and hospitality specialist, Sharon has extensive market and category insight from 20 years of industry experience.
He previously served as Vice President of Hotel Development for Tishman Hotel & Realty, where he was involved in all aspects of hotel development, acquisitions, financing and asset management.
He was also a senior consultant in EY’s Hospitality Advisory Group, advising on hotel development, mergers and acquisitions, management agreements, and other strategic assignments around the world.
Most recently, Sharon was the co-founder and CEO of Mint Kitchen, an upscale casual concept restaurant launched in New York in 2019.
Previously, he was co-founder and CEO of Hotelied, a travel tech startup that empowers travelers with personalized discounts at top luxury hotels around the world, and has grown its membership base to include over 50,000 travelers.
