Initial conversations about launching Whole Health Rx began internally in the fall of 2023, leading to consumer research to gauge interest in such a service.

- When asked what they liked about the concept, the most common responses were “convenient” and “easy to use.”
- Nearly all respondents believe they are satisfied with prescriptions written from virtual visits
- Whole Health Rx customers receive a virtual patient experience with a licensed healthcare provider, starting with an online questionnaire about their medical history and goals, followed by a live video interview if deemed necessary for further evaluation.
