The American Society for Nutrition (ASN) has announced that next year’s conference will be held in Orlando, Florida from May 31 to June 3, 2025. NUTRITION is the nutrition community’s leading conference, examining developments in clinical and translational nutrition, food science and systems, diet and disease, basic science, global health, and more. Now in its seventh year, the event continues to evolve and grow with innovative scientific sessions and networking opportunities for scientists, clinicians, and healthcare professionals with an interest in nutrition.
“NUTRITION 2024 in Chicago raised the bar to an all-time high with an incredible nutrition science program, numerous networking events, and numerous innovative opportunities to learn, collaborate, and grow together in our efforts to improve health around the world through evidence-based nutrition,” said Dr. Kevin Szalinski, ASN’s 2023-2024 president. “We’re really looking forward to building on the momentum we’ve built in Chicago and making our annual meeting even more amazing when we host it in beautiful Orlando in 2025.”
NUTRITION 2025 will continue to deliver the latest research findings through presentations by world-class experts in the field. The program will include scientific symposia and educational sessions, original research presented in oral, poster and flash talks, award lectures by renowned leaders, professional and career development opportunities, and small group sessions with ASN’s vibrant scientific community.
“NUTRITION 2024 set the agenda for the future of nutrition, and we are excited to continue these discussions at NUTRITION 2025, including the application of AI to nutrition survey data, the incorporation of nutrition into health professional training, and global trends in malnutrition,” said Dr. Sarah Booth, ASN’s 2024-2025 chair. “In Orlando, there will also be many opportunities to celebrate the achievements of our trainees and colleagues and continue to strengthen our vibrant and diverse community.”

Original research in abstract form can be submitted for presentation at NUTRITION 2025, starting this fall. The ASN Foundation presents Scientific Achievement Awards to researchers at all stages of their careers and will recognize the ASN Class of 2025 Fellows, the highest honor bestowed by ASN.
