Tanishaa Mukherjee’s disciplined workout routine is the perfect motivation for anyone starting their fitness journey. On Friday, the actress posted a video giving us a sneak peek at her Pilates session. Clad in an all-over pink athleisure set, Tanishaa performs some reformer exercises. The video begins with Tanishaa attempting a leg stretch with her feet hooked onto the straps. She then performs an elephant exercise and quickly transitions into mountain push-ups. This is followed by a knee stretch. Needless to say, a Pilates routine is highly effective in increasing body flexibility. Tanishaa’s latest session helps in strengthening the core and maintaining body posture. While sharing the video, Tanishaa wrote, “Warrior mode kicks in!!! Every day is transformation time! Learn more, activate neurons and synapses!”

Earlier, Tanishaa Mukerji posted another video of her workout session. In the video, Tanishaa, dressed in a lemon green athleisure set, can be seen focusing on her core. The video began with her using the reformer machine to stretch her legs and the rings to work her arms. The routine was aimed at improving spinal mobility, core strength, flexibility and coordination. She also incorporated a ball into her routine and stretched her legs. Along with the video, she captioned, “Engage your core! Work multiple muscle groups with compound movements! Keep it interesting.”
Prior to this, Tanishaa Mukerji had wowed fitness enthusiasts with her mastery of shoulder stands on the reformer machine. In the video, she can be seen hooking her feet on the straps and keeping her arms straight as she lifts her body onto her shoulders. She shared the video with a major disclaimer. Tanishaa Mukerji wrote, “1st May! This short spine move on the reformer is my absolute favourite! My trainer Namrata really did this with me! Try it with a trained professional! These moves look easy but if done incorrectly can seriously hurt your neck and back! So, be safe, be healthy and be a ‘Pilates Girl’.”
Tanishaa Mukerji is a Pilates enthusiast and we are super impressed with her fitness journey.
