Olivia Culpo
Culpo freely admits that staying healthy is a big part of her life, and when it comes to breaking a sweat, she likes to mix things up.

Winnie Harlow
When Harlow wants to feel her best, she hits the gym.

Harlow has admitted to following a “near vegan” diet, but allows herself unlimited food intake while traveling.

Getting enough sleep, staying active and staying hydrated are “absolutely essential” on your health journey, according to Scrivener.
