pizza slider
My sister made these sliders for a family event. Adults loved it as much as kids. You can also add your other favorite pizza toppings to pepperoni.
- 12 count hawaiian roll
- 2 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella, divided 1 c. and 1 1/2 c.
- 3/4 c. pizza sauce
- 20 pepperoni slices
- 1/3c.melted butter
- 2 T. grated Parmesan cheese.
- 1 ton.italian dry seasoning
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with pan spray. Slice the roll in half horizontally, keeping the roll connected. Remove the roll attached to the top and set aside.
Place the roll connected at the bottom in a baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 c. Mozzarella cheese rolled into a roll in a baking dish. Spread pizza sauce over the cheese. Arrange 4 pepperoni slices in 5 rows on top of the pizza sauce. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Place the top of the connected roll on top.

Brush roll tops with melted butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and slice the rows to create individual sliders. Please enjoy warm.
pineapple cream cheese gelatin salad
This is also an old “jelly” salad recipe. It makes a large plate and the combination of sweet and sour is perfect for picnics and cookouts.
- 1 6 oz (pack of 8) lemon or orange gelatin
- 8 oz.Whipped cream cheese or regular cream cheese softened
- 20 ounces of pineapple can be crushed and drained
- 4c. boiling water
Place gelatin in a large bowl. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Mix in cream cheese. (The consistency will be a little lumpy.)
Chill in the refrigerator until it begins to thicken, about 1 hour. Stir in the drained pineapple and refrigerate until completely set, about 3 hours or overnight.
