Bringing the heat to the East Coast! Hot Pilates Founder Shannon Nagy She’ll be hosting her celeb-favorite workout in Southampton, New York this summer ahead of her studio opening in New York City.
Fitness guru known for her 95°F heated Pilates classes, popular among celebrities Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner, Siza, Sofia Richie, Karrueche Tran, Shanina Shaik, Shay Mitchelland many more came together to sit down with ET to talk about everything that’s to come.
“We’re here to transform your mind and your body. … We love this city and have had a lot of clients on both coasts over the years, so we look forward to continuing to be a part of their routine no matter which coast they live on,” Trainor said.
“The energy in a Hot Pilates studio is unmatched, and because we focus on immersing our instructors in the Hot Pilates method, our experience is unique,” she added.
As for what New Yorkers can expect, Nagy said, “California heat! … We’ll be setting up infrared heat panels and bringing in our amazing Los Angeles-based team to turn up the heat.”
“We will be offering our signature 50-minute Hot Pilates class as well as our own classic reformer Pilates class, so you’ll have two experiences in one studio,” she continued.

“I’m not leaving any part of my body at home so I’m going to work out my whole body,” the training expert revealed.
“Since summer tends to be a time of relaxation, the focus is on using the mind-body connection to create movements that release tension but still tone the body.”
