It is a type of targeted body training that has become increasingly popular in recent years. Recently, actor Sara Ali Khan, who is also a fitness enthusiast, shared a clip of a Pilates session on her personal Instagram account and revealed her main fitness goals.

In the clip, the Love Aaj Kal actor was seen sweating it out on a Pilates reformer machine and practicing various exercises to strengthen his core and side muscles. She then worked on her back with some weights and a Pilates-led lunge variation.

Pilates has become a very popular exercise and is mostly preferred by B-town celebrities.

It helps you tone your body, burn calories, and build muscle definition. It encourages your muscles to stretch and helps improve your body’s flexibility and balance. There are many ways to practice Pilates, including using specialized equipment such as a reformer, or at a beginner level, on a yoga mat. It consists of movement exercises designed to strengthen muscles. This movement requires physical control, mental focus, and special breathing techniques. The first step to practicing Pilates is to learn the basic poses and move on to some advanced positions and new movements. Pilates is a full-body exercise that includes several movements performed on your back, stomach, side, sitting, standing, and plank positions. For a better workout, you should wear stretchy clothes that allow you to move freely.
