Sara Ali Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez’s Pilates Routine
Celebrity trainer Namrata Purohit shared Sara Ali Khan’s Pilates workout on Instagram, which she said improved her “balance, coordination, overall strength and stability.” In the video, Sara is seen performing compound exercises on the Pilates reformer, working her lower and upper body. Sara did lunge variations to work her lats. She also practiced bicep curls.
Meanwhile, Yasmin Karachiwala, known for training Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif, posted a video of Jacqueline doing a Pilates workout. In the video, she demonstrated variations on full-body and stretching exercises on the reformer. Her routine included core exercises like child’s pose, incline push-ups, leg extensions, hamstring stretches, shoulder exercises, back and triceps training exercises, etc.
