Mumbai: Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu delighted her fans by sharing a glimpse of her serene meditation session on social media.
Samantha took to Instagram to share pictures from her visit to Sadhguru’s Isha Foundation.
Sharing the picture, she wrote, “Many of us are searching for a guru or mentor. It is a rare privilege to find someone with the passion, insight and compassion to brighten your life.”
She added, “If you want wisdom, you have to look to the world. It’s become easy because so much is thrown in front of you every day. You think… this is normal. This is not normal. You have to work hard for it. And it’s not enough to just know. It’s really important to put this knowledge into practice.”
In one of the pictures, Samantha can be seen meditating on the ground with Sadhguru in the presence of many other devotees, looking divinely graceful in a simple black kurta and minimal jewelry.
On the work front, Samantha is gearing up for ‘Citadel: Honey Bunny’ alongside popular Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan. The upcoming web series is the Indian version of the Russo Brothers’ ‘Citadel’, which originally starred Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden.
Apart from this, Samantha will star in the film Bangaram, which she announced on her birthday this year, a project that holds special significance for her as it marks her debut as a producer.
