Ride for Mental Health will be featured in the vendor village at the United States Snowboard and Freeski Nationals at Copper Mountain Resort this weekend through Wednesday, April 3.
Ride for Mental Health promotes open and supportive conversations about teen suicide within the snowsports community, as well as providing resources and education to better recognize, manage, and reduce the challenges and pressures associated with competitive sports. Ride for Mental Health is also committed to removing the stigma surrounding mental health issues and encourages the sharing of experiences of all kinds so that our community can learn from each other with compassion and empathy. I encourage it.
Ride for Mental Health’s top priority is to engage the community through fundraisers, workshops, and seminars to educate and train athletes, parents, and coaches.
