Social Wellness Club launches “The Framework,” a free digital education platform featuring advice from founder Dr. Jonathan Leary
Remedy Place, a social wellness club based in New York City and Los Angeles, seeks to democratize access to self-care and wellness through its free online platform, The Framework. The platform is designed to inspire users to take control of their lives and leverage their health to drive overall success and growth.
This framework includes seven pillars: Relationships, Intentional Environment, Time Training, Stress Training, Growth and Development, Appearance Training, and Traditional Health.
The platform features evolving video training and editorial designed to provide users with a roadmap to feel their best and achieve more from life. Remedy Place describes it as a “multimedia experience rooted in science.”
Dr. Jonathan Leary, founder of Remedy Place, released a teaser video about the inspiration behind “The Framework.”
“I’m here to share what’s worked for me and all the people I’ve helped over the years, and use this media platform to inspire and motivate you to take control of your health.” It’s for marking,” Dr. Leary says in the video.
The rise of wellness clubs
Remedy Place was founded by Dr. Leary in 2019 and has since attracted the attention of entrepreneurs, celebrities, and athletes in Los Angeles and New York. This social wellness club offers “therapeutics” such as acupuncture, functional medicine, vitamin infusions, hyperbaric oxygen chambers, and red lights. therapy, cryotherapy, cold plunge, etc.
Last year, the brand launched an at-home collection to complement its in-person social wellness clubs. The company also hired fitness and wellness industry veteran Steven Wright as vice president of marketing. Wright has worked with brands such as Equinox, Boy Smells, Heyday, Sakara Life and Sweetgreen.
In an interview with Athlete News last year, Dr. Leary said Remedy Place “plans to open two new clubs each year, pushing the boundaries of innovation within the industry.”
This planned growth comes as wellness clubs continue to grow in major U.S. cities, particularly New York City. Continuum, an AI-powered wellness club that offers one-on-one personal training sessions, massages, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, saunas, cold plunge treatments, and other experiences, will open in Greenwich Village this May.
Another popular wellness club in Flatiron, The Well offers quarterly access to experiences such as massage and skin health services, vitamin therapy, yoga and exercise, Chinese medicine and acupuncture, vibrational energy healing, health coaching, and more. We offer memberships.
The Well also recently broke ground on Well Bay Harbor Island, a wellness-focused condominium and office space in Miami that rivals luxury residential concepts like Life Time Living.
