Sustainability needs to be built into projects from the beginning
RSG CEO John Pagano emphasized the following in a conversation with blooloop in 2023: The urgency of climate change countermeasures.
One of my favorite quotes is, “We are inspired by nature, but guided by science.” We came to the conclusion early on that sustainability alone was no longer enough. Sustainability, by definition, means maintaining the status quo, and in some ways that’s great. However, we are past the point where we can simply maintain the status quo.
The world is moving in a scary direction. As humans, we need to start working on actually undoing the damage.
John Pagano, Red Sea Global CEO
